Welcome Jeremy Snowden – Video Producer & Artist Menu About Art + Design Paraprose Etsy Shop Photo Journalism Performance Portraits Writing Contact Film Narrative Film Commercial Film “Polyrhythmia” Album Music Polyrhtyhmia is an album that is inspired by the idea of finding a sense of calm among dissonant layers of sound. With this concept, the drums acted as a series of heartbeats which functioned at different time signatures and are centered by ambient melodies and warped samples. These are mini songs as well (their length partially inspired by Tierra Whack and her album Whack World). I am also interested in using music as a form of hypnosis, and have been exploring this concept more through piano too…more to come on this later. This was released under my musician name Della Neve, which means “Of Snow” in Italian and is a reference to my last name as well as cultural background. Hope you enjoy this little project.
